Four conditions must be fulfilled to pursue, on the international level, a criminal that committed his crime on the Lebanese territories:
1- Committing the criminal act on the Lebanese territories subject to the territorial jurisdiction.
2- Issue of a judicial warrant (of arrest or detention) or of a judgement making provision for a
     criminal or correctional sentence.
3- Submitting a request before the Office of the General Prosecutor at the Supreme Court.
4- Payment of a bail ranging between five thousand and ten thousand U.S. dollars (depending
    on the distance between Lebanon and the country where the criminal is arrested) as
    expenses of the travel of the security mission charged of extraditing him and suing him in
     justice  in Lebanon.
 
Then, IP Beirut circulates a notice of research against the concerned person wanted on the international level, and when arrested, he is extradited on basis of the international agreements or the principle of reciprocity.
